Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Small items ship in 3–7 business days. Freight items (saunas, cold plunge, home gym) typically arrive 2–4 weeks after shipping via LTL carrier. We include an estimated delivery window on every quote.
Is shipping free?
Yes, for most saunas, cold plunge, recovery, and home gym products we include free curbside freight to the continental US. Some accessories and smaller items ship via parcel at their listed rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US (continental 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Freight shipments include a PRO number and the carrier contacts you directly to schedule your curbside delivery window.
What is "curbside delivery"?
The freight carrier brings your shipment to the end of your driveway (curbside). You are responsible for bringing it inside and assembling. White-glove service (two-person crew, in-home unboxing + assembly) is available on request for an additional fee quoted at checkout.

What is your return policy?
30-day return window on most items. Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply to large freight items due to return-shipping cost. Some hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., compression boots after use) are not returnable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect cartons at delivery and NOTE any visible damage on the freight bill of lading BEFORE signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage (visible or concealed). We work directly with the manufacturer or freight carrier to resolve.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive the returned item, refunds process within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments process securely through Shopify Payments.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments. Split your purchase into multiple payments at checkout (subject to approval). No rate is guaranteed until the application is reviewed.
Is my payment information secure?
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments. We never store card details on our servers. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI compliant.

Products & Warranty

Are your products authentic?
Yes — we are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry (Golden Designs / Dynamic, Maxxus, Penguin Chillers, Rapid Reboot, Dynamic Fluid Fitness). Every product is sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor with full warranty coverage.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer (typically 1–5 years on components, 10 years to lifetime on cabinets for saunas). Specific warranty terms are listed on each product page.
Do you offer installation?
Most indoor products are designed for self-install (2–3 hours, one helper, no special tools). For outdoor barrel saunas or anything requiring 240V electrical, we recommend a licensed electrician. White-glove in-home installation is available on request for some products — quoted at time of order.
Can I get a product recommendation?
Yes. Use our 4-step quote form or call / text our specialists. Describe your goal, space, and budget and we'll send 2–3 real picks that fit — usually within a few hours.
