Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@strengthwellnesssupply.com or call (623) 300-0464.
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in new condition — unused, unassembled, and uninstalled
- Item is undamaged and free from defects caused by the customer
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, assembled, and used
- Items damaged by the customer or through improper use
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special-order items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@strengthwellnesssupply.com or call (623) 300-0464
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked
Important: Do not ship returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Return Method: All returns are shipped via freight. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including original outbound shipping and return inbound shipping. Return inbound shipping is calculated at 120% of the original outbound shipping amount.
Defective Items: If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include a prepaid return or replacement at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price applies to returns of items that have been opened or assembled but never used. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
Fee summary: New, never opened items are subject to original outbound and return inbound shipping charges only. Opened/assembled but unused items are subject to shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Used items cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days of the returned product being received and inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds: May be issued for items that are returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use. The 25% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery if possible. When reporting damage or defects:
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us with your order number and photos
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the exchange process and help you find the right product. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Large Item Returns
Returns of large items (saunas, cold plunge systems, massage chairs, etc.) may require freight shipping. Additional return shipping costs may apply for these items. Please contact us for specific return instructions for large items.
Additional Shipping Charges
The following additional charges may apply to deliveries:
- Change of address (same city): $85.00
- Change of address (different city): $150.00 and up
- Redelivery (2nd attempt): $95.00
- Redelivery (3rd attempt): $150.00
- Storage at destination terminal: $125.00 per day after the 3rd day
