Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our facilities and partner warehouses located throughout the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing
- Freight Shipping: Required for large items (saunas, massage chairs, etc.). Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 1-2 weeks.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- Freight carriers for large items
The carrier used for your order will depend on the size and weight of your items, as well as your shipping address.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select items to the continental United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping eligibility is clearly indicated on individual product pages. Free shipping items are sent via standard shipping unless otherwise noted.
Large Item Delivery (Freight)
Items such as saunas and cold plunge systems are delivered via freight carrier on a pallet. For freight shipments:
- Curbside delivery is standard — items are delivered to your driveway or building entrance on a pallet
- Delivery will be scheduled with a delivery window
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for delivery
- Please inspect items before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- White glove delivery (inside placement) is not available for most items
Pre-Delivery Verification
Before shipping saunas and cold plunge products, our team will contact you to verify:
- Your delivery address and contact information
- That your location can accommodate freight truck delivery (we check via maps)
- That you understand the electrical requirements of your product (1-2 person saunas: 120V/15A; 3-4 person: 120V/20A dedicated circuit)
- Product dimensions and that you have adequate space for installation
- For cold plunge tubs: that the product dimensions will fit through your door/gate openings
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we may not be able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order. If you have questions about shipping to a specific address, contact us before ordering.
