Common questions.
What is fluid resistance and why does it matter?
Fluid resistance uses water in internal tanks to create drag. The harder you pull/push/pedal, the higher the resistance — exactly matching your effort without a fixed load. It's smoother than air resistance and easier on joints than plate stacks.
What's the difference between S-series and M-series rowers?
S-series (S660, S680) are the entry line — 1-tank design, wood frame, ideal for home use. M-series (M350, M550) use the patented twin-tank system for stronger high-intensity resistance and commercial-grade steel frames. Both are built in the US.
Do these require special flooring or dedicated space?
A flat, level floor is sufficient. Rowers are approximately 8×2 feet when set up (and can stand upright for storage). Cycles and strength machines need a 5×5 footprint. No weight-bearing concerns — distribute like any piece of home gym equipment.
How long does shipping take?
Most units ship within 5–10 business days via freight. Full curbside delivery in 2–3 weeks. White-glove in-home setup is available; we include freight details and setup options on every quote.
Is financing available?
Yes. We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Monthly payments vary by product and are subject to approval. No rate is guaranteed until the application is reviewed.
What warranty is included?
Dynamic Fluid Fitness includes manufacturer warranty (frame + core components typically 5–10 years, consumables 1 year). We honor full manufacturer coverage as an authorized dealer.
