Absolutely love the new sauna! Great quality and the customer service from Strength and Wellness Supply were amazing! Our first order was damaged in shipping and there were no problems getting the situation resolved. Within a week we had the new one. Instructions were clear and assembled with ease. Nick was very engaged in the process and was there for any questions I had. I would recommend 100%. Quality product with great customer service!
So Far, So Great!
The packaging was extraordinary. Very well packaged and arrived in mint condition. The sauna itself was easy to assemble, though the instruction manual could be organized a bit better. I've used this one time and it heated up to 130 degrees in about 20 minutes, and stayed stable at around 130 for the entire time I was in the sauna. The controls are relatively easy to figure out, and the Bluetooth connected seamlessly.
Great purchase!
We've had this for a couple of weeks now: so far so good! It went together fairly easily. Definitely use two people. We did have to use a mallet to get the two sides to lock down into the front wall. Other than that the instructions were easy to follow and assembly went smooth. I do wish they had used a little thicker wood for the back trellis and the bench supports but overall build quality is solid.

I really like it, it works and looks great. I wish the bench support was better as I had to reinforce it. Read the instructions, it was easy if you do, however the instructions were in the last box I opened.
A great investment
Easy to assemble and heats well. Great quality construction and the carbon panels provide even heat coverage. The reflexology foot heater is a nice touch I did not expect. Using it daily for the past month with no issues.
