Infrared Sauna Buying Questions
What size sauna should I choose?
For one or two people, a 1-2 person model (like the Barcelona, 39"×38" footprint) fits in a spare bedroom or garage. Most buyers pick a 2-person Cardoba Elite for the extra room. Families or shared spaces step up to a 4-person Bergamo Elite (70" wide). If you have a backyard and want a traditional steam experience, the Arosa barrel is built for outdoor use.
What's the difference between infrared and full-spectrum?
Standard infrared saunas use far-infrared heat only — deeply penetrating, comfortable temperatures (~120–150°F), great for daily use. Full-spectrum saunas (like the Santiago FS) add near and mid wavelengths in the same session, which research links to multi-depth therapeutic coverage. If recovery is your top priority, lean full-spectrum. If you want a daily heat-and-sweat session for general wellness, far-infrared is everything you need.
What does delivery include?
Most orders include free curbside freight delivery — the carrier drops the pallet at the end of your driveway. White-glove (in-home placement and unboxing) is available as an add-on. Inside saunas assemble in under an hour, tool-free, with two people. Outdoor barrel saunas typically need 2-3 people for assembly. You'll get a delivery estimate within a few hours of submitting your details.
Do I need special electrical?
For every indoor infrared sauna we sell (Barcelona, Cardoba Elite, Santiago FS): no — they plug into a standard 120V/15A household outlet, the same as a lamp. The 4-person Bergamo Elite uses 120V/20A (dedicated circuit). Outdoor traditional barrel saunas (Arosa) need a 240V dedicated circuit — an electrician's typical 30-minute job.
Can I finance it?
